Guest profile groups allow customers to create groups of guests that will be used repeatedly across multiple events. This allows customers to create departments, teams or groups of individuals that regularly travel to events to save time on needing to recreate these on a per event basis.
This feature streamlines the management of consistent groups of people that travel together. When configuring guest profile groups, users can specify the following details:
- Name of Group
- Description
- Approval Roles
- Planners
These Guest Profile Groups can also be used in conjunction with the Travel Plan feature, allowing you to create templates for travel, defining a headcount from each group to travel to your event.
