The Unmatched Tickets feature serves as a display area where event organisers can visually assess documentation and tickets that have not successfully matched with corresponding guests within the platform, allowing organisers to apply filters based on different events for refined management and resolution.
Using our Travel Places integration we automatically match flight tickets to flights assigned in the platform.
Where matching hasn’t been possible, these tickets drop into unmatched tickets so event organisers can triage the reasons for unmatched tickets and to manually assign tickets to guests.
