Room rates and room types provides an overview of the hotel’s available accommodations categorised by room types such as standard, double, suite, etc., along with the corresponding pricing for each room type. It enables event organisers to make budgeting decisions on a per-guest, per-room basis.

The room rates and types are presented in an overview, providing details such as room occupancy allowance, duration of stay, and the respective guests accommodated in each room.
Set multiple rates per room to ensure you are capturing the true cost of the room for the duration of the guests stay.
Set rates for early check-in and late checkout for guests with special accommodation requirements.
Assign each rate a colour so that these can be easily viewed when managing rooms in the Room Manager feature.
By clicking on a guest profile in Room Manager, event organisers gain access to the total expenditure derived from the specific room rates and types associated with that guest as well as details such as check-in and check-out times and booking references.
