Guestia is committed to striving for a paperless environment. We don’t provide paper payslips, company manuals, contracts or invoices, everything is done online.
The Guestia platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure which will use 100% renewable energy by 2025 and be fully carbon neutral by 2030.
Guestia helps customers go paper free in their event and travel planning and communications, saving hundreds of thousands of sheets of paper per year.
As well as saving paper, Guestia is committed to planting a tree for every new customer or subscription that is signed.
Guestia promotes flexible working, with employees able to work from home several days per week to reduce emissions from commuting, it also provides employees with reusable drinking bottles to minimise plastic waste.
We also vow to regularly review our practices and procedures to find as many sustainable savings as possible.
